🍟 Return Policy

We want you to love your order—but if something’s off, we’ve got you.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at emilessnacks@emileennisjr.com.

Please do not send anything back until you receive confirmation—unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide the return address and further instructions. Some items may qualify for a prepaid shipping label, depending on the situation.

💥 Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives!

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, reach out to us at emilessnacks@emileennisjr.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

🚫 Items That Can’t Be Returned

We do not accept returns on:

  • Emile’s Snack Shop custom hand fans (final sale unless defective or damaged — must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos

 

  • Items marked final sale

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or made-to-order items (this includes most apparel fulfilled through Printful unless defective)

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for return, just ask—we’re happy to help.

🔁 Exchanges

Need a different size or color?

The fastest way is to place a new order and return the original item once approved.

🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order was shipped to an EU country, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery—no explanation needed. Items must still be unworn, unused, and in original condition.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note, your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at emilessnacks@emileennisjr.com.
